Salam, Kia ora, Hello! Today, the morning sky was a brilliant watercolorish light blue and the sun (and not to mention the weather forecast) was projecting promising weather ahead. After the clock turned 9am, the court started filling in with several groups as they warmed up while waiting for the arrivals of their team members or of their opponent's. By the time their teammates arrived, the players seemed keen to start while the supporters/bystanders looked just as ready to cheer/jeer at the groups. As soon as the groups in the first match stepped into the ball court, the gameplaying took off wonderfully. Salam, kia ora, hello! As we all (hopefully?) know, it's the last week before easter break! Only a few more days (or courseworks) away before the jollydays come tumbling around. On that note, what better way to wind down and relax than to join in WMSO's easterly Mixed Netball event this weekend~ :D M i x e d N e t b a l l ~ Date: 11th April 2009 Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Venue: Kelburn Court, Salamanca Road [ map ] The main purpose of the league is to provide great opportunities for all of you to get to know each other better and most importantly, have fun ! How to join? Wonderful question! Here's a basic idea of how the games are going to be set.
